HONOLULU – Blue United Corporation will host the Pacific Rim Cup - Keiki Soccer Clinic again in 2023. We are pleased to announce that Ms. Ayumi Kaihori, a former player for the Japanese women's national soccer team, will be participating as a special coach.

 

Ms. Kaihori started her career as a goalkeeper in the lower organization of Spellanza FC Osaka Takatsuki prior to being promoted to the top team. In 2008, she moved to INAC Kobe Leonessa, where she was selected for the Japan Women's National Team. In 2011, she contributed to Japan's victory at the FIFA Women's World Cup in Germany as a goalkeeper and was named the tournament's outstanding player.

 

After retiring in the 2015 season, she joined Kumamoto Renaissance Football Club as a player and coach while studying at Keio University. She currently serves as a community organizer of WE League and is dedicated to the promotion and development of WE League and women's soccer.

 

Following the Keiki Soccer Clinic, Kaihori along with the other coaches will be available for autograph sessions and photo opportunities.
